As a member of Kaiser Permanente, you now have access to discounts on a wide variety of health products and services through the Healthyroads Program. Healthyroads is a comprehensive health web site offering a directory of complementary health care providers, information about complementary health services, and discounts and preferred rates on health and wellness products.

Provided by the American Specialty Health Networks (ASHN), the Healthyroads Program offers discounted rates on:

• chiropractic care
• acupuncture
• massage therapy services
• fitness club memberships
• herbs, vitamins, and supplements
• health and fitness books and videos

You can use any of the contracted providers; referrals from primary care physicians are not required. You're responsible for paying the provider's discounted fees. These services are provided through a contract with ASHN and are offered in addition to your Plan Benefits.
