How to Use My Home Page...

Hello, I have created this home page for my patients and have included links to web sites I believe offer reliable educational information. On the left side of my page are a number of links to important information. Some of these will direct you to other web sites, and some contain versions of pamphlets offered in my department. If you find a broken link please contact our webmaster.

Here's a link to our newest program for adults: Health Coach Services

*2008 Wellness & Education Programs

Below my name is a link to my department's home page. From my department's page, you can navigate to the home pages of my colleagues, or to another clinician working at the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco medical center. Thanks!

Remember, while web sites can be an educational tool, you should never use information found on the Internet for self-diagnosis or self-treatment. If you find online medical information relevant to your personal health, discuss it first with your Kaiser Permanente personal care physician or nurse practitioner.

I would appreciate your feedback! If you have suggestions on how to make this a better home page, contact our department's webmaster. Go to the department page by clicking the hyperlink to the left of my photo. The "Contact our Webmaster" link is located at the bottom of my department's page.

The San Francisco Medical Center has two campuses: the Geary Campus, which includes the hospital, and the French Campus, where many of our specialty departments are located. In addition, the Chemical Dependency and Recovery Program (CDRP) is located at 1201 Fillmore Street (at Eddy), and the Occupational Medicine department is located at Opera Plaza, 601 Van Ness Avenue, on the Mezzanine Level. Before visiting our medical center, you may want to review some Maps of Our Medical Center.
