Delivery Service, C.O.D.:

The San Francisco Medical Center can arrange for delivery of prescriptions C.O.D. to your home or work-site. This service is available 1pm to 5pm Monday-Friday; for non-hospice patients, service is restricted to the San Francisco city limits. (Note: If these times are not convenient, please call the pharmacy to discuss other delivery alternatives). There is a service charge of $7.00 for each delivery.

Mail Service:

We will mail prescriptions upon request at no additional charge. Patients must pay for the prescriptions in advance with a Visa or Mastercard, or mail a check for the exact amount. Please allow extra time for mail service.

Will-Calls:

Will-Calls are prescriptions phoned in or sent to our pharmacies by your doctor. If your doctor requests an emergency prescription, it will be ready the same day; non-emergency prescriptions will usually be ready the next day.
