WELCOME TO THE KAISER RICHMOND NEW MEMBER OUTREACH AND PHYSICIAN SELECTION DEPARTMENT!

We are available to assist you with the following services:

  • Receive information about our primary care providers.
  • Choose a primary care provider.
  • Change your existing primary care provider.
  • Receive information about the Richmond Medical Center.

You may select a primary care provider from the following departments:

  • Internal Medicine & Women’s Health
  • Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Pediatrics (ages 0-17yrs.)

No matter what type of provider you choose for yourself and your family, you will receive expert preventive care, regular immunizations, health screenings, diagnosis and treatment of your medical conditions.

Selecting a Primary Care Provider is easy. You may choose one of the following options:

  • You may call the New Member Outreach Department at the number above for assistance.
  • You may log on to our web site at kp.org/mydoctor to view biographies of available providers and make a selection online.

Just click the “Choose” button under the heading, Choose your doctor online, and follow the prompts. No password is necessary. Please note: A provider’s availability to accept new patients is subject to change due to an increase in practice size.
