Secure Your Total Health:

You may already be aware of the great online features that are available to Kaiser Permanente members, such as booking appointments and refilling medications. You can also communicate with your physician by e-mail ("E-mail your doctor").

Our technology ensures that your information will remain safe and secure, and your messages will automatically become part of your personal medical record. If you have a specific question about your healthcare that you cannot find the answer to in the health encyclopedia, you will be able to e-mail your physicians directly through our new system. Communicating online is often faster and more convenient than by telephone, and may save you from having to come in. Your physicians will be checking messages regularly. Secure emailing is another way your physicians can partner with you to maximize your health and healthcare.
