Smoking - Call It Quits!

Kaiser Permanente cares about your health. Quitting tobacco is the number one way to improve your health and prevent illness. Even if you have tried to quit before and gone back to smoking, don’t give up! The more you try, the more likely it is you will quit for good.

If you use tobacco in a form different from cigarettes (chew, pipe, cigars, dip) the following information can still help you. The quitting process is the same no matter what kind of tobacco you use.

Here you will find written information on how to quit tobacco and stay quit. There are also links to other resources and stop smoking programs that have helped others become ex-smokers.
