Antioch Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Services

The Antioch Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Department is located at 2213 Buchanan Road, Suite 203 in the Plaza Lynda Office Building in Antioch.

From Hwy 4, Eastbound: Exit at Somersville Road, South. Continue on Somersville Road to Buchanan Road. Turn left onto Buchanan Road and look for parking near the 2213 Buchanan Road.

From Hwy 4, Westbound: Exit at Somersville Road and proceed to your right. Continue on Somersville Road to Buchanan Road. Turn left onto Buchanan Road and look for parking near the 2213 Buchanan Road.

Martinez Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Services

The Pleasant Hill/Martinez Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Department is located at 391 Taylor Boulevard, Suite 250 in the Pleasant Hill Executive Park Office Building in the Pleasant Hill.

From Hwy 680 Northbound: Take the Willow Pass/Taylor exit. Turn left and continue on Willow Pass Road. Willow Pass Road becomes Taylor Boulevard once you cross Contra Costa Blvd. Continue on Taylor Taylor Boulevard and turn left onto Lucille Lane. Turn left into the Pleasant Hill Executive Park and proceed toward the very back of the complex to visitor parking.

From Hwy 680 Southbound: Take the Willow Pass exit and turn right. Willow Pass Road becomes Taylor Boulevard once you cross Contra Costa Boulevard Continue on Taylor Boulevard and turn left onto Lucille Lane. Pleasanton Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Services

The Pleasanton Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Department is located at 3825 Hopyard Road, Suite 140 in the Harsch Office Building in Pleasanton.

From 580 Eastbound: Take the Hopyard Road, South exit. Continue on Hopyard Road to Coronado (just before Los Positas Road) and turn left. Follow the loop around to the last driveway entrance. Look for the Kaiser Permanente awning and the door marked Kaiser, Suite 140.

Walnut Creek Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Services

The Walnut Creek Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Department is located at 710 South Broadway, Suite 300 in Walnut Creek.

From 680 North: Take the Ygnacio Valley Blvd. exit and bear right off the freeway. Follow Ygnacio Valley Boulevard to Broadway. Continue on Broadway for approximately two miles. 710 South Broadway is located across the street from the Broadway Plaza Shopping Mall.

From 680 South: Take the Olympic Boulevard exit and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Continue on Olympic Boulevard to California and turn right. Follow California to Newell and turn left. Proceed on Newell (past South Main Street) to South Broadway and turn left. 710 South Broadway is located across the street from the Broadway Plaza Shopping Mall.
