Ready to Quit

Congratulations on your decision to quit tobacco. The following information can help you become an ex-smoker. If you don’t find what you are looking for, contact your local Kaiser Permanente Health Education Department for more help.

  • Breathe - an award-winning online smoking cessation program is now available to Kaiser Permanente members! After completing the program, Northern California members are eligible to receive cessation medications, like the nicotine patch or bupropion SR (i.e. Wellbutrin), for the price of their co-pay. Check with your local Health Education department for more details.

  • Classes to Help You Quit Tobacco: Find information about stop smoking classes at the facility nearest you, or call the Health Education department at the Kaiser Permanente facility nearest you.
