About Me
"I am a firm believer in wellness and preventative care through diet and exercise, with a special interest in geriatrics. I look forward to having a personal relationship with each of my patients."
Dr. Shimazaki received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physiology.
He attended medical school at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. Dr. Shimazaki did his residency training at the University of California Irvine Medical Center in 2005. After his residency, he completed a geriatrics fellowship at UCLA in 2006.
Dr. Shimazaki received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2005. His medical interests include preventative medicine and geriatrics. When not at work, Dr. Shimazaki enjoys being a dad, cheering on the Dodgers and exercising.
