Welcome to my homepage. Thank you for choosing Kaiser Permanente for your healthcare needs. My name is Mark Fox and I have been with Kaiser since 2005.

My Specialty and Why I Chose It

I treat patients with a variety of dysfunctions in the outpatient orthopedic department. Using a combination of both exercises and hands on techniques allows me to treat a variety of dysfunctions in joints and/or soft tissues. Yet, the most successful treatment technique remains an individual home exercise program developed to address a given patient’s dysfunction. Patients who invest time using home exercise programs experience greater results during physical therapy treatment.

My Practice Philosophy

I have taken long term training in spinal rehabilitation and treatment of joint and soft tissue dysfunctions. The focus of the training incorporates hands-on techniques to complement rehabilitative exercise programs to improve function.

My Credentials

BS, Kinesiology California State University - Sacramento
BS, Physical Therapy California State University - Sacramento

On a Personal Note. . .

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my favorite person (my wife!) and our family. We enjoy just about anything in the outdoors.

The physical therapy profession is both positive and rewarding and I enjoy working as a physical therapist in the Kaiser Permanente system.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
