My Credentials
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of California at Los Angeles, and attended graduate school at the Southern California College of California in Fullerton, where I received my Doctor of Optometry degree.

Healthcare Practice
I have been interested in the field of optometry since I was in the 3rd grade! The school nurse recommended I have an eye examination and I was terrified and unsure of what an optometrist eye exam entailed. My childhood optometrist made such a positive impact on my life. Not only was he nice and the exam process enjoyable and painless, but the glasses I received helped me see the outside world in a new way. Working at Kaiser Permanente allows me the opportunities to help my patients see better with prescription glasses, check the health of their eyes, and also provide a primary care role in their health.

About Me
I was born and raised in Gardena, Southern California. After graduating from optometry school, I moved to the Sacramento area. In my spare time, I like to scrapbook and hike. I love to travel, and Hawaii is one of my favorite destinations!

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
