Len DePaolo has worked in the area of chemical dependency since 1984. He has worked as a case manager at the Phoenix Program from 1984-86, at the Chemical Dependency Institute from 1986-92 and at CPC Hospital from 1992-96.

He has worked at KP Santa Clara since 1996 and also has a private practice in Campbell as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Interests include sports, Eastern Spirituality, and Italian cooking.
