Welcome to my home page!
About Me
Hi, I am glad you are looking me up in my home page. You will find me as one of the energetic and down-to-earth members of the radiology staff. Being a part of a progressive and friendly department, I look forward to providing you and your family with quality and efficient radiology service.
After finishing my fellowship in neuroradiology in UCSF, I joined The Permanente Medical Group in 1997. It is my first job and I am loving it. When I joined Kaiser in 1997, I was the only neuroradiologist in the group. My daily life was full of consults from interesting and sometimes puzzling cases. Now, the department is growing and I certainly enjoy having other neuroradiologists around. I love my co-workers, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to work every day. I am fortunate to work with great partners who have excellent knowledge, dynamic personalities and superb work ethics. The added bonus of living in the Bay Area is priceless. Being a native from Hong Kong (oh, yes, I speak fluent Cantonese), I adore the cultural diversity and the culinary experience in the Bay Area. What more could I ask for?
When the job is challenging and fun, it adds more sparkles to the personal life. I am happily married with two sons. I enjoy volunteer work in my sons' schools, and in the community. In my spare time, I love cooking (check out: epicurean.com), knitting, travelling (check out concierge.com) and shopping (too many links to spell out). If you find interesting recipes, and exotic, affordable travelling sites and tips, share them with me, krammie.chan@kp.org.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
