Welcome To My Home Page!

I recently moved from Seattle, WA, where I worked for Group Health Cooperative for the last six years. It is great to see the sun again. My wife and I have two small children who take up the majority of my free time. With what time I have left, I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing and softball.

I specialize in Family Medicine with an interest in adolescent medicine, sports medicine and preventive medicine. I believe that developing a strong partnership with my patients is very important in order to work together to achieve their best possible health. Please bring a written list of your medications with doses and frequency or if you prefer the actual medications. Although we keep computerized records of prescriptions filled, sometimes this does not correlate exactly with what you are taking.

I try to answer email questions quickly but sometimes I will be unable to do this. Please remember that email is a good way to communicate, but I might have to ask you to schedule a visit if I feel I can not address your problem completely. This website is very useful to answer many questions so please look around.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
