Hi and welcome to Physical Therapy at Kaiser Santa Clara-Homestead.

I was born and raised in the East Bay. I received my BS degree in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis. Then I followed a different career path, completing the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at De Anza College. I decided to return to school yet again, and in 2000, I earned a Master's degree in Public Health Administration for Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco.

I have been with Kaiser Santa Clara since 1990. I worked with the inpatient and outpatient physical therapy departments until 1998, then spent four years working at the Cupertino Occupational Health Clinic. I returned to the outpatient clinic in 2003 and have been here since.

When I’m not at work, my interests include traveling, cooking/baking and gardening.

I look forward to meeting and working with you. If you have any questions after your visit please feel free to leave a message for me at 408-851-1451. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call 408-851-1400.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
