THRIVE: A Healthy You ...Click here to get connected and learn how to live healthier every day.

Welcome to my practice in Adult Primary Care. I am pleased to be your personal physician. I am committed to ensuring that your unique healthcare needs are met by myself and our excellent support services and staff. Our goal at Kaiser Permanente is to deliver the high-quality medical care our members deserve.

Please remember that I am your healthcare advisor, but you are in charge of your health. We will work together to meet your healthcare needs. If you are unable to come to your appointment, please call us to cancel as soon as possible so that I can schedule another patient who needs to be seen that day.

We know that you have choices in healthcare providers. Thank you for choosing Kaiser Permanente. I look forward to establishing a long and health partnership with you.

It is very important to me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which includes about five hours of exercise weekly as well as eating relatively light meals, and, concentrating on a Mediterranean style diet which includes fish, fruit, vegetables, and olive oil for cooking and salad dressings. I strongly recommend that my patients follow this advice as well.

My wife and I enjoy reading, traveling and staying in touch with our six daughters.

I am interested in having my patients do their best to practice good health habits and to be responsible in their quest to avoid illness.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
