About Me

After spending many years working as a family and child mental health therapist, I crossed over into Prenatal Care in January 2004. I found my clientele was getting younger and younger as I sought to improve outcomes for families. I believe that positive support can be given to parents before birth, to help in their lifelong transition of parenting.

Parenting is one of my greatest challenges, too! When I am not working, I am busy with my family. We love outdoor recreation, friends, and playing music.
