I would like to welcome you to my homepage. My name is Dinh-Hai Dao. I joined Kaiser Permanente soon after graduating from residency at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in June of 2007. My training was in family medicine however my practice at Kaiser Permanente is limited to adult medicine. I am excited to get to know you as my patient.

My focus as your doctor is to provide you with information you can use to help yourself. As the patient, I realize the burden of illness is placed on your shoulders and so is the treatment. However, I would like to share some of the weight of illness by listening and providing recommendations. I strongly believe that with your motivation to live healthy, we can help you attain that goal.

An important part of living healthy is exercise. I enjoy playing sports such as soccer and basketball. I also enjoy swimming and going to the gym. I enjoy cooking at home and I try to learn new recipes that are healthy as well as tasty.

I hope we share similar ideas and again I welcome you to my homepage.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
