Welcome to my home page!

My name is Dr. Carol Tereszkiewicz and I am an internist which means I treat and care for the health needs of adults. This ranges from the treatment of both acute and chronic disease as well as advising patients towards healthy lifestyles and habits. If a specific issue falls outside the scope of my expertise and training I am able to refer patients to one of our many specialists here at Kaiser San Rafael.

I joined Kaiser in 1990 and originally worked in the East Bay. A few years ago I began working in San Rafael and I’ve been here ever since.

Here are a couple things you might want to consider before your next appointment:

1) Arrive 15 minutes early in order to park and be registered on time
2) Come with a list of your current medications

Thank you for viewing my home page and I hope you take a few minutes to look at the valuable links and information that are available. I look forward to seeing you at our next appointment.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
