Your Physical Therapist may recommend this class if you have low back pain. The class is one hour long. It consists of different Yoga poses that you can perform at home. The poses are chosen to help make your back strong and flexible. This is a one time only class nd is offered on the 3rd Friday of each month
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- how often will I have to come to the class? This is a one time class only.
- Do I need to bring a Yoga mat? No, we will provide one for you.
- What do I wear? Wear something comfortable as we will be exercising in this class.
- Can I eat before the class? Preferably not, but a light snack should be okay.
- Should I expect my pain to get better or worse in the class? We progress slowly and according to your tolerance in the class. If your pain gets worse, we can illiminate that particular pose and join in on the next one.
