Diabetes Help Group
Meet with others who are actively gathering information and making changes to control their blood sugar. Get your questions answered in a supportive group setting. Facilitated by a Clinical Health Educator (CHE) and a guest speaker.

• Meets on the 1st Wednesday of every other month, 5-6:30 PM
• Registration is required, class location: Hospital Tower A
