Let’s face it, everybody feels angry sometimes. Anger is a natural emotional reaction. It can be used in motivating us to take action or can destructively fly out of control, causing harm to others and ourselves. If your anger is triggered often or in situations where it is not needed, then you may have a problem with managing your anger.
