Guided imagery is a type of relaxation exercise designed to engage your mind, body, and spirit. Guided imagery is gentle, but powerful. Guided imagery can help relax and elevate mood, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, and more. All you have to do is settle in, relax and listen.
