- Nuts: almonds, cashews - 6 nuts; mixed (50%) peanuts - 6 nuts; peanuts - 10 nuts; pecans - 4 halves; walnuts, English - 4 halves
Olives, ripe (black): 8 large
Oil: 1 tsp
Salad dressing: 1 Tbsp
Seeds: pumpkin, sunflower: 1 Tbsp
Sesame seeds: 1 Tbsp
Sour cream: 2 Tbsp
Tahini or sesame paste: 2 tsp
