E-mail Your Doctor
It's secure, convinient and free.

It just got easier to stay in touch with your doctor. We are pleased that "E-mail your doctor" is now available to all KP members in Northern California. With this new service, you can e-mail your doctor with routine medical questions through your physician's home page or members.kp.org. Members can use the feature not only with their primary care physicians, but also with nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have their own panels, as well as specialists seen within the last 13 months.

Here is How
you will need to be registered on members.kp.org to e-mail your doctor, just like when you order prescription drugs and schedule appointments online. Once you are registered on kp.org, you can access the secure system through your physician's home page on kp.org/mydoctor or through the members Web site. Follow these three easy steps:

Be careful
The e-mails you send will become a permanent part of your medical record so be sure to include only medical questions. Also, do not send questions about other family members.

1. Click "Sign on" and enter our User ID and Password
2. Click " Get Health Advice" and scroll to " Contact a Professional"
3. Click on 'E-mail Your Doctor"

Not yet registered?
Go to Kp.org Select your region. After you've submitted your information, we'll mail a password to your home. Simply log on with your new password to use the online services.
