Carefully review the instruction list below. You will need to follow all of the general instructions to prepare for surgery, as well as the additional instructions below.

Additional Preoperative Instructions for Endoscopic Brow Lift Patients:

• Wash your hair the morning of the procedure and do not use hairspray.

• You may wish to bring a scarf to wear home over your turban head dressing after the procedure. Please bring a scarf on the first visit after surgery.

• If you plan to color or perm your hair, it must be done at least one week before surgery. Otherwise, you cannot color or perm your hair until at least 3 weeks after surgery.

• No bending over to wash your hair for 2 weeks following surgery.

• No heavy lifting of anything weighing more than 5 pounds for 2 weeks following surgery.

• Avoid washing your hair rigorously for 3 months following surgery.
