Getting Back on Track: A Depression Overview

Welcome to the Depression Overview online tutorial.

This course was developed by Kaiser Permanente's Regional Health Education team. Through a series of interactive exercises you will learn about the different types of depression, common symptoms, causes, and treatment options. Although this tutorial is self-paced, we encourage you to engage in all the modules to get the full benefit of this class.

Depression is a common and treatable condition and we applaud you for taking this first important step in helping yourself feel better. We wish you success in your path to better health.
