Learn possible causes of low back pain, simple exercises for your back, methods to reduce discomfort including good posture for everyday activities and how to best to protect yourself against future injury.

This class is 90 minutes long. It is offered the third Tuesday of every month at varying times. It is offered through the Health Education department. Call (510) 248-3455 for times, locations and to register for the class.
