Kaiser Permanente has well-trained instructors and excellent classes that have helped thousands of members learn to better manage their diabetes. You can search for a class at your local Kaiser Permanente facility. You can also contact the Health Education Department directly for more information on resources in your area.

The Diabetes Care Management Program
Some people with diabetes may need additional help to control their diabetes. If you feel you need additional help, you may be eligible to be referred by your provider to the diabetes care management program. This program is available at most facilities.
