• For refills, please call 1-888-218-6245, which is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You will need your Kaiser medical record number, your prescription number (on your container), and your charge card number if you choose to charge your co-pay or have prescriptions mailed to you.

• For your convenience you are also able to fill your prescriptions on line by clicking on the following link: www.kaiserpermanente.org. This option provides you with another convenient way to fill your prescriptions. Also, as a reminder, all prescriptions can be mailed to you without an additional charge. This will eliminate your need to drive to the facility and wait in the pharmacy for your prescription.
