DESCRIPTION: In this 6-session class you will learn and practice methods that can make an immediate difference in your relationship. The techniques taught in this class can transform unsuccessful communication patterns into positive patterns and experiences to keep your relationship on track. Skills taught include: effective communication; active listening; anger management; conflict resolution; and problem-solving techniques.

All couples are welcome in this class. Same Sex Couples Communication Classes are also offered two times a year.

FEE:
