Welcome to the SSF Teen Clinic website!
This site will provide you with useful information on:
Our Teen Clinic services at Kaiser South San Francisco, are confidential one hour appointments with a Teen Clinic provider. Any topics that you would like to discuss, from Birth Control to Relationship/Sexuality Problems to Acne Treatment can be covered. If you would like to make an appointment in the Teen Clinic, you can call (650) 742-2050 or send an e-mail to: ssf.teenclinic@kp.org
When communicating by e-mail, please remember:
- that you should not use it to contact the Teen Clinic physicians in an emergency
- to include your full name and medical record number
- that confidentiality of e-mail is not guaranteed
- if the physician does not respond immediately, he/she may not be here; please call the clinic and leave a message.
- medically relevant e-mail communications are filed in your permanent record.
Do not give your medical record number to your friends!
