AARP Mature Driving Workshop
Learn safe and defensive driving techniques and receive a certificate to apply for an insurance discount. Eight hours of instruction over two consecutive Saturdays required to receive the certificate. Find out ways to compensate for the natural changes that affect your driving as you age. This is a good refresher for people who are 50 and over. You do not need to be an AARP member to attend.

All About Dementias: Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias Class

Hearing Services
Are you dealing with hearing loss? Maybe it’s time to look into a hearing aid or a newer model? Either way, contact the Kaiser Permanente Hearing Center. You’ll get complete testing, fitting, and, if need be, physician consultation. Your cost is based on the hearing aid model that you choose, since the equipment is not a covered benefit. A referral is required for those under age 65. For members only.

Find out how you can make your home a safer place and reduce your risk of falling. We begin by reviewing why people fall and help you assess your risk. From there, we help you create a plan to help reduce the risk—to help stop falls from happening in the first place.

For anyone who has fallen, is at risk of falling, or is afraid of falling, this course is for you.
