Qi Gong
A gentle practice to increase energy and balance your mind, body, and spirit. Qi gong is often beneficial for chronic pain, high blood pressure, and stress. Many people find an overall increase in well-being and mood as a result of practicing qi gong. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Take both the two-session introductory class and the eight-session series.

Tai Chi for Balanced Living
