Are you a member living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis? You can live a full life. Join us for this two-hour workshop. Topics include: overview of lung diseases; use of inhalers and medications; effective breathing, nutrition, exercise, and stress management; communicating with the health care team; and developing a personal self-management plan.
