To preserve the privacy of the other patients in the Recovery Room, we do not allow visitors. Patients who are going home the same day of surgery may have a visitor in Secondary Recovery Area while they are prepairing to go home.

We attempt to minimize incoming phone calls in the Recovery Room and the Operating Room. This allows our nursing staff to concentrate on the close observation and care of their patients. We do not give out specific information about our patients over the phone to preserve confidentiality.
