Need a medication/prescription refilled? You can order refills by phone or over the Internet. To order a refill you will need:
- the prescription number
- your medical record number
- and a credit card if you want to have the refill mailed to you.

The prescription label has all the information you need to order refills by phone including the refill phone number. Look at the lower right of the label to see if you have any refills left. No refills left? The phone number for refills also works for ''Zero Refills''.

Since you are already on-line, you may also order your prescription or deal with zero refills that way, securely.

It's always best to have the prescription mailed to your house. This is free and fast, it doesn't use your gas or time. It will help our pharmacists assist the patients who are in the medical center that day. It allows you to avoid exposure to the colds and flu that can happen in the pharmacy. Try to plan ahead to allow time for the mail and save yourself a trip to the medical center.

To order refills online click on Appointments/Rx refills. If you have not been there before, you will need to register in order to use the services they provide there, including the online scheduling. To register you will need to enter:
- Your Kaiser Medical Number: normally an 8-digit number
- The Area in which you would like to get services: California-Northern
- Your full name
- Your birth date
You will receive an activation code in the mail within 5-7 days.
