Promote, support, and inspire healthy living in our diverse population by providing optimum wellness resources, information, and programs

Greetings and welcome to the Department of Health Education
Our department has branches to serve you at Hayward, Sleepy Hollow, Fremont, and Union City so that wherever you are you have access to all of the tremendous offerings in patient education provided by Kaiser Permanente. We offer a wide variety of classes, online Internet services, and written materials in several languages to help you learn about how to stay healthy and active. Our services help to support your provider in helping to keep you well, and help you get back to being the person you like to be, doing the things you like to do. We invite you to take advantage of all our classes, our enthusiastic health educators, and our calm and restful education centers where you can use computers, read literature, and make appointments for classes.
