To use, simply dial 1-800-33-ASK-ME (1-800-332-7563) from your touch tone telephone and follow the instructions to enter the appropriate code number for the message you wish to hear. If you are calling from a TDD machine, dial 1-800-777-9059.

You can listen to a health message, have a message faxed to you, or listen to the latest in health news by requesting Health Topics in the News. Feel free to call as often as you wish.
