OUR DEPARTMENT

Welcome to Nephrology, a subspecialty within the Department of Medicine, offers specialty care for patients with kidney disorders.

All of our nephrologists are fully board certified and have the training and experience to care for a wide range of conditions. Our nephrologists work in collaboration with specially trained nurses, medical assistants and social workers.

Outpatient renal dialysis is provided at several locations in San Francisco.

Please feel free to ask us questions or share any concerns. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care tailored to the specific needs of your case.

HOW TO GET CARE

New or first time patients are seen by referral from your personal physician or nurse practitioner.

Please bring a list of all medications you are taking and the actual containers to your appointment.

For appointments, advice or to send a message to your personal physician or nurse practitioner, call the Primary Care Call Center.
