Welcome to the Department of Medicine at the Stockton Medical Offices.
Our department consists of a highly skilled group of health care professionals. Depending on your needs, we can connect with all providers to assist and advise each other on delivering to you the best medical care possible.
Personalized Care
Kaiser Permanente is committed to Personalized Health Care. If you do not have a Physician that you consider your primary care provider, please call our Personal Physician Selection Service at 1-888-4-MY-KPMD (1-888-469-5763) or click here to select your personal physician or health care provider.
Getting Here
Please allow plenty of time for parking and check-in 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will better help your doctor to be on time. Our campus has regular and handicapped parking available on-site for our patients.
Medication Safety
Please always bring a current list of your medications including dosage and frequency. It is for your own safety that we ask to verify this list at every visit. This is especially important if you should require medical care outside of Kaiser Permanente.
Thank You
Thank you for choosing Kaiser Permanente as your healthcare provider. We look forward to providing you and your family with quality medical care. Please take a look at our web site to learn more about our department, our providers, and our wide variety of services.
