HIV Outpatient Staff
The HIV outpatient clinic at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco is a specialty area within APC-1, the Adult Primary Care Module Number 1 located on floor 4-W at 2238 Geary Blvd. While APC-1 has many patients who are not HIV-positive, almost every staff member has been selected for APC-1 because he or she has experience dealing with the special issues of people with HIV infection and AIDS. Some of the staff, such as the HIV Program Coordinators, were chosen for APC-1 specifically because of their experience with HIV/AIDS issues or because they are specialists in HIV/AIDS care.
