How to make an appointment

Please call us directly during clinic hours at the phone number listed above. You will speak with one of our clinicians who will gather information about what issues you are dealing with and the impact they are having on you. The clinician will then discuss with you our recommendations for further assessment and treatment and will then make an appointment with you to meet with one of our clinicians. You can learn more about the clinician you will be seeing by checking out his or her individual home page (to the left under the "clinician" link).

If you desire, you may also discuss with your primary care provider whether you should make an appointment with us. If you decide you would like to meet with one of us, your primary care provider may then send us a referral and we will then contact you to set up an appointment.
