We are located on the second floor of the Cypress Building in Medical Station E. This is at the corner of Veterans and Maple Streets. It is best to park at the nearby parking structure.

For current Infusion Clinic patients, for questions related to your therapy you may call (650) 299-4840. If you leave a message, to save time please have this information ready before you call:

- Your Kaiser Medical Record Number
- The number where you may be reached
- Your reason for calling
The phone is answered from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends or holidays. After hours you may call the Call Center at (650) 299-2015.
If you need to call to change your appointment, leave a routine message, or for a problem not related to your chemotherapy, then call (650) 299-4840.
