All Kaiser Permanente members over 12 years of age are able to consent for a HIV test without a doctor’s order. You may also request a HIV test through your doctor.

This service is provided by the Health Education Department, 510-752-6150

HCON (HIV Consultation) Clinic
A multi-disciplinary specialty clinic that provides care to Kaiser members living with HIV. The multi-disciplinary team consists of physicians, nurse case managers, medical social workers, a registered dietician and an HIV health educator.
