We are located at our new medical office building on the corner of Lawrence Expressway and Homestead Road in Santa Clara. Our home page is designed to help you get acquainted with the Department of Medicine and access useful information such as Health Education Materials.

In the Department of Internal Medicine, we work hard to ensure that every patient sees their personal physician or nurse practitioner for all of their health care needs. If you need an appointment, please call (408)554-9800.

Medication Safety Please always bring a current list of your medications including dosage and frequency. It is for your own safety that we ask to verify this list at every visit.
