• Appointments

If you need to schedule an appointment, please call (408) 366-4450, Monday through Friday. An on-call therapist will return your call within 24 hours on business days. No referrals are needed to schedule an appointment.

If this is your family’s first visit to our clinic, the on-call therapist will schedule parent(s) into one of our orientation groups.

The orientation groups meet several times a week at various times so that you can pick the most convenient group for you. At the orientation, along with other parents, you will meet with a therapist who will explain how our clinic operates, get additional information from you, and describe the therapeutic process. They will also provide parent(s) with a background information form to fill out. At the end of the orientation the therapist will schedule an appointment for you and your family within two weeks of the orientation day. An orientation group is also available in Spanish.

• Therapeutic Services

Our clinic provides individual, group, and family therapy. Your therapist can provide you with information about our many groups for children, teens and parents.

In addition, we have psychiatrists who can evaluate and prescribe medication as needed.

* Instructions for your first visit:

Parents please complete the FAMILY DATA FORM and bring with you on your first visit with your assigned therapist. If your child is 12 years or older, please have them complete the ADOLESCENT DATA FORM and bring this with you. These forms are found on the left side of this page.

We look forward to working with you and your family.
