KP On-line Internet Class
We are offering a Free Computer Kaiser Permanente On-line Internet Class for members. The class will teach you how to get lab results, make appointments, order refills for prescription drugs, navigate through the provider’s home page, interactive tools, and more.

- Navigate through the Providers Home Pages Interactive Tools (Health Classes, Health Encyclopedia, Health Media Program, Health Calculators and much more.)

How to Register?
Please call the Healthy Livings Programs and Services, South San Francisco/Daly City Health Education Department. Either contact Marjaneh at 650-301-4427 or Natalie at 650-301-4452 to register.
In addition to contacting Marjaneh or Natalie you must also pre-register to get a password for this class. Follow the instructions below:
- Go to www.kp.org
- Click on to "Member"
- Click the "Sign-on" button at the top of the document
- Click on "Sign-in"
- Click "Register Now"
- Complete Step 1 information listed
- Click "Continue"
- Read Step 2 and then click "Continue"
- Create your user ID for Step 3
- Click "Yes" for Step 4
Your password will be mailed to you in 3 to 7 days. You must bring this password to class in order to access on-line information such as: Getting lab results, making appointments, etc.
