You can use our automated systems to get your refills sent to you with no hassle!

3 Easy Options to Refill Prescriptions

To order your prescription refills through our automated system you will need your:

  • medical record number
  • prescription number
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express (for mailed prescriptions)

1 - Easy Fill Phone System: call refill numbers below

Please allow 24 hours before pick-up, or choose to have the prescription refills mailed to you (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST).

2 - Online (Internet)Prescription Refill

For an online refill you will also need your: Kaiser PIN Number

3 - Mail Order

Prescription refills mailed to you (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST). Please allow 5 - 7 business days to receive your prescription.

If you wish to have your refills mailed, but want to speak to a representative (Hours: Monday-friday, 8am-6pm), call 1 888 218-6245 and press #3 then #1 when you hear the recorded message.
