Anxiety Overview
A single-session class that provides information about anxiety and panic, treatment options, self-care techniques and resources for managing anxiety. Refers patients to follow-up services such as individual or group appointments.

Controlling Anxiety and Fear
A six-session class with emphasis on building skills to manage symptoms of anxiety. Class includes information and skills practice.
